He does little to nothing at work and expects everyone else to pick up the slack.  A true believer in the phrase ‘a manager does nothing but manage’.  He spends half the day on the phone or sitting in his office doing nothing.  When he does emerge it’s usually to hit on(harass) a customer or employee.  We literally have women who no longer come in when he’s there.  By the way he’s married to a attractive woman already so it ups the ass clown factor greatly.  I live in constant fear for my job because for some reason I am expendable and this moron is viewed as a god by the higher ups.  I do all the work and get no credit.  Any little thing that doesn’t get done is my fault regardless of the fact that the place would look like a shit storm if I left.
