Big Boss. . .

I swear I am so sick of managing people.  Today all you are is a glorified babysitter.  I have to listen to these employees whine and cry about the work…helloooooo is that not what I pay you to do??  Grow up seriously.  If you don’t want to do your job you have a choice….quit.  Quit,  so I can hire someone else who really wants a job and isn’t just working to make sure they stay eligible for welfare.  Also…to this younger generation lacking in any kind of work ethic; YOU ARE NOT OWED ANYTHING!!  You don’t deserve $25/hr when you have no experience or education.  I am not a bitch for writing you up when you have been late 20 times in a month….you are the asshole and should be happy you don’t get fired.  Get over yourselves!
