I have an immediate boss that is more focused on spreading world peace than making a decision.  You know office politics.  I can not help him grow a back bone although I wish I could.

I have to work with the co-worker click.  Have you ever heard of the saying “birds of a feather flock together’  Well I am not the same kind of bird.

And get this I was told by my immediate boss that my questioning on issues make people feel incompetent.
Is there a mirecle fix for no back bone and incompetence?????

So there is this dude I work with that has the worst hygene and clearly does not wash his clothes and in turn smells like sweaty ass. Has holes in his sweats in inappropriate places. When he walks you can see his plumbers talent (no bending required). You think sweats would fit a little tighter than that. He is the guy that walks around giving everyone that uncomfortable back massage. If you are unlucky enough to get this massage your gonna feel his moobs on your neck unless the smell scares you first! The supervisors have been told about this guy but nothing seems to happen. Day after day he isn’t doing his job right. We are confused why “the captain” still has a job. Work can only get better without him around.

This lady started HR at my work like a year ago. I was brought in the office for my attitude and she proceeded to share her drunk stories and how she likes to smoke weed to reduce stress. Seriously, who fuckin hires these mentally chanllenged people with no filter who just say anything they feel. Fuck, thats what I did and ended up in the office. Maybe I should be in HR so I could do nothing with myself, smoke weed, drink and fire people. I just do not get!! Not saying much about my company then for hiring these losers and Yes…there are much more of them! More soon:)

Been at my work for like 3yrs and this bitch starts who likes to act like she is gods gift. Suckin ass to everyone she comes in contact with her squeeky ass voice (which makes me even more crazy). Has to be the fakest blone ass with a crooked nose I have ever had the misfortune to know. And to make her even more fake, she invites people to attend her bible study…R U Kidding me. Ok….my boss at work got pissed off at me for something one of the managers made me do and ACTUALLY Said this sentence…..:wow you cant do anything right can you? no wonder michelle left you”  Michelle is my wife that left me for my best friend…….she is a single mom already and is having another so she needs to stop having sex for 3 minutes and stop saying insensitive shit like that…

Fed Up says. . .

For about a year now I have been telling my supervisors and my manager about a woman in our office that smells like rotting corpses, pickles, and all beef franks. I take over the shift when she leaves and her scent lingers. It’s like pig pen from the peanuts; but intead of a brown cloud of dirt, it is a it is a colorless cloud of I don’t know what…it is so gross. Her hair is greasy and stringy. I even asked the management staff to add personal hygiene to the dress code. She is a bigger woman, but didn’t her mother teach her the bigger you are the more you must wash? I am going to end up with a yeast infection if nothing gets done. I was recently written up for voicing my concerns, management told me I should have “managed up” and went to them…I have you f*cking peices of shit and you haven’t done anything! I’ve been dealing with this issue for over a year now. I’ve even gone to human resources…which is an even bigger joke then my department. How can you have bad hygiene and work in healthcare? And it’s not even like she’s a nice person.  You’d think an overweight smelly person would atleast be kind…yeah she’s not. She’s rude. She yells at doctors, nurses, co-workers, patients, and their families.

I work as a patent examiner. I (as do my fellow examiners) have to find at least one reference that teaches features of applicant’s invention. There is one guy here that might be the dumbest person I’ve ever met. He has no sense of logic whatsoever. I’m convinced he can only read/write at a third grade level. When he first started he was in a classroom setting (I was his training assistant). He used to send me passive aggressive emails from 10 feet away asking for help. Now that he’s out of the classroom he shows up at my office five or six times a week.
