I have an immediate boss that is more focused on spreading world peace than making a decision.  You know office politics.  I can not help him grow a back bone although I wish I could.

and

I have to work with the co-worker click.  Have you ever heard of the saying “birds of a feather flock together’  Well I am not the same kind of bird.

And get this I was told by my immediate boss that my questioning on issues make people feel incompetent.
Is there a mirecle fix for no back bone and incompetence?????

Yup im goin there mr “boss man.”  its not fair how you can walk around the restraunt with your fancy e cig and puff away while laughin at everyone else who would love to go outside and take a few hits off a real cig. but because we dont have 200 big ones to spend on an e cig were screwed!! haha its ok.. some of us still sneak out. we know you know… but well take that chance…

So there is this dude I work with that has the worst hygene and clearly does not wash his clothes and in turn smells like sweaty ass. Has holes in his sweats in inappropriate places. When he walks you can see his plumbers talent (no bending required). You think sweats would fit a little tighter than that. He is the guy that walks around giving everyone that uncomfortable back massage. If you are unlucky enough to get this massage your gonna feel his moobs on your neck unless the smell scares you first! The supervisors have been told about this guy but nothing seems to happen. Day after day he isn’t doing his job right. We are confused why “the captain” still has a job. Work can only get better without him around.
