im tired of walking into work everyday and wondering what I will get blamed for that SOMEONE else did and I have to clean up after them. i have to do this and that never getting the credit when its deserved. just the blame for everyones mistake while the bitch sits on her ass all day stuffing her face with food does nothing all day. and says if i dont get MY act together and pulling my weight and finishing my jobs ill either be fired or demoted. How can i finish MY job when Im doing everyone elses and mine at the same time. and the fact she makes people cry and yells on the floor in front of customers telling them they are stupid and they know nothing..like she knows it all and is better than everyone in the store. im not fake and i dont play favorites. and i dont lie to my district manager.

Bitch didn’t empty her fucking trash like its my job.  If she ain’t crying getting ppl to feel sorry for her she’s mad over dumb ass shit like having to do her job.  Sooooo pissed about having to do her own work slamming shit around like a fucking idiot.  Don’t slam shit around me.  Mad because you don’t have time to get your stuff done.  Hell no I ain’t gonna help you bring your ass to work on time, get the fuck off the internet put your fucking cell phone away.  And, of course, she’s family of the boss so lets get her a pacifier and put a fresh diaper on her big baby ass.

What amazes me is what people try to pass off as work and then have the balls to ask for more pay. Half the time they want off early, for there birthday, cannot come in because of the mysterious illness that just popped up and goes away just as fast. And production on their facebook accounts is more likely to get accomplished than the definition of there jobs. All you slackers on here fucking off instead of working quit crying cause we are hiring South Americans who WANT to work there asses off and get to work or FUCK OFF.

BTW this rant is only for the 20-30 year old crown as the 40-50 year old are much smarter about working and less likely to be stupid enough to fuck off in front of the boss….

My dining room manager is indescribable.  Not only has she never waited a table in her life, but she should never in a million years be front of the house.  Her little tidbits of information, and meaningless advice drive me up a fucking wall!  She lives with the owner of the restaurant who happens to be gay.  This woman/thing gives new meaning to the term fag hag.  She has this enormous wart on the side of her nose, that I just cant help but stare at.  She has disgusting rotten teeth, you can just see the green haze escaping her mouth when she drones on   about the most boring shit (like the warren report, her countless hours in chat rooms,and of course anything sci-fi).

We were out of soup in the middle of a lunch rush, so I went to the cooler to fill up the soup tureen.  She is always on such a fucking power trip that she has to stop whatever she’s doing to ask what you’re doing…Not fun when you’re running your ass off.  I told her I was restocking the soup.  Her response was “oh no the rest of that soup is for tomorrow.”    But what if someone wants it now?  ”just tell them we’re out!”  WTF?  Why can’t we sell it now, when we know people want it?  ”It’s not you’re job to question…It’s your job to listen”  Good God I wanted to slam her up side of her head with the metal coffee carafe!

I have an immediate boss that is more focused on spreading world peace than making a decision.  You know office politics.  I can not help him grow a back bone although I wish I could.

And get this I was told by my immediate boss that my questioning on issues make people feel incompetent.

So there is this dude I work with that has the worst hygene and clearly does not wash his clothes and in turn smells like sweaty ass. Has holes in his sweats in inappropriate places. When he walks you can see his plumbers talent (no bending required). You think sweats would fit a little tighter than that. He is the guy that walks around giving everyone that uncomfortable back massage. If you are unlucky enough to get this massage your gonna feel his moobs on your neck unless the smell scares you first! The supervisors have been told about this guy but nothing seems to happen. Day after day he isn’t doing his job right. We are confused why “the captain” still has a job. Work can only get better without him around.

This lady started HR at my work like a year ago. I was brought in the office for my attitude and she proceeded to share her drunk stories and how she likes to smoke weed to reduce stress. Seriously, who fuckin hires these mentally chanllenged people with no filter who just say anything they feel. Fuck, thats what I did and ended up in the office. Maybe I should be in HR so I could do nothing with myself, smoke weed, drink and fire people. I just do not get!! Not saying much about my company then for hiring these losers and Yes…there are much more of them! More soon:)

Been at my work for like 3yrs and this bitch starts who likes to act like she is gods gift. Suckin ass to everyone she comes in contact with her squeeky ass voice (which makes me even more crazy).
